Our Meet & Greet service is a one hour initial consultation (in-person or virtual) designed to help us get to know you and your wellness goals better. By assessing your personalized healing needs, we help you select the right package that fulfills your requirements and supports optimal healing outcomes.
This is also a Q&A time where we will answer your questions and provide you with education on pre/post-operation planning and procedures such as meal planning, ambulation, lymphatic drainage massage, surgeons instructions, and more.
Elite Signature
4 hour
Get home and get settled with our Elite Signature package that offers the following concierge services:
Discreet post-operative nursing care
Tuck-in service
Physical assessment (Check wounds/drains, circulation, heart and lungs)
Vital signs check (Temperature, Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Oxygen level)
Postoperative monitoring
Urine output monitoring
Medication reminders
Walking assistance
Deep breathing exercises
Discharge instructions & education
Optional à la carte service (additional fee)
Elite Premium
8 hour
Our Elite Premium package includes all services offered in our Elite Signature package, plus:
Drain & wound care
Light meal preparation
Essential oil therapy to alleviate headache, pain, anxiety, and nausea

10 hour
Our Elite Luxe package includes all services offered in our Elite Premium package, plus:
Bathing assistance

Weekly Wellness Concierge checks
This is a monthly membership with a goal to keep your loved ones out of the hospital long-term. We will keep an eye on your family member(s) or loved ones and update you weekly as needed. As a member, you will receive the following services:
1 hour weekly in home visit/wellness check (90 minutes for 2 people)
B/P, Temperature, Heart Rate, Oxygen level
Heart, lung, circulation, mentation assessments
Check the home environment for safety
Review any medical reports, upcoming visits and organize them
Medication education, pour medications and make a schedule if needed, and review
Review any medical tests
Education on health issues
Schedule appointments if needed
Communicate with medical team if needed
Weekly updates to family as needed
Companionship
First month due before first visit
Transportation Package for Procedures
This package is specifically designed for individuals that need a ride to and from surgery centers or the hospital, and those that require someone to stay with them while they recover from anesthesia.
We will pick you up, enter the facility with you, stay with you while you check in, wait for you in the facility (we will not leave the facility)*, drive you home, and stay with you for the designated hours written by the doctor while you recover!
Light Meal Prep included
We will monitor your Blood Pressure, Temperature, Heart Rate, Oxygen
Companionship
Here are some of examples of procedures** that may require this service:
*The timing of these procedures varies due to several factors, such as the length of your procedure, the time you need in the recovery room, delays, etc. If these procedures run on time it will take a minimum of 4 hours, so this service requires a $300 deposit (4 hour minimum), and the remaining payment due (if any) will be automatically charged to your account when our nurses leave your home.

À La Carte
Transportation
We offer transportation services to and/or from your surgery center to your healing location. Note that prescription pick-up services may be arranged if needed.
Additional Hours
If you realize that you require nursing care that exceeds the limits of your package, we may be able to accomodate you. Extra nursing care hours are $150/hour and will be automatically charged to your account.
Additional Wound & Drain Care
Our Registered Nurses will assess your incisions and any drains, if present. This service includes dressing changes, wound cleanse, application of topical medication (if ordered), and/or wound drainage.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Our trained RNs use the Vodder method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage which is the most medically sound and effective method of lymphatic drainage. Using the art of rhythmic massage to clean toxins and debris from your system, we help to promote optimal surgical outcomes and enhance your immune health while you recover.
Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund you must cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment will result in a $150 late cancellation fee. Note that our cancellation policy does not apply to canceled or rescheduled procedures.
